We welcome pet related vendors at this years festival!

Vendor set-up time is 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM on September 9th.

All Set-Up Must Be Completed By 10:30am.

You may unload on the event grounds or at the boathouse parking lot, but all vehicles must be moved to off-site/public parking by 10:30am

Requirements for Vendors and Non-Profits:

  • All booth applications and fees must be received by P.A.W.S. by Wednesday, August 29th, 2018

  • P.A.W.S. event organizers reserve the right to prohibit any product from being marketed at the event
  • This event will take place rain or shine. Prior to the event, you will be notified of an emergency number to call in the event of extreme weather by 7:00 am on the day of the event

  • No refunds will be given due to weather complications or cancellations

  • Vendors are responsible for staffing, setting up and breaking down booths

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs and signage for their booth area. Please note: tents must be weighted on all four corners

  • There will be access to electricity for food vendors ONLY. Please provide any specific requirements or requests ahead of time.


This event takes place the Sunday after Labor day annually.
